Do I need to weigh my laundry before dropping off at Press Club?

Absolutely Not! Press Club has simplified the professional laundry service for our clients in the Charlotte NC market thru the use of upfront pricing. We offer two sizes of laundry bags to fill with your dirty clothes and we charge a flat rate for all items that fit within the laundry bag. We don't follow the misleading practice by many of our competitors that charge their customers by the weight of the clothes after cleaning.

Does Press Club offer free home pick-up and delivery for laundry service clients?

Yes! In fact, the majority of our laundry clients save time and enjoy the convenience of our free twice weekly home pick-up and delivery service each week.

Do you launder my clothes with other customers clothes?

No! your clothes are washed and dried in their own dedicated equipment.

I have seen other companies advertised as "Laundry Delivery" services. Is Press Club a "Laundry Delivery" company?

The short answer is no. Press Club is an experienced full service organization comprised of garment care professionals. We provide our clients with dry cleaning, laundry, alterations and wedding gown preservation from our modern facility in Charlotte's Steele Creek neighborhood. Many of the so called "Laundry Delivery" companies are nothing more than inexperienced gig workers who "clean" your clothes from dirty laundromats or their residences using watered down grocery store detergents. Don't fall victim to lost loads of laundry or delivery of your prized garments by a driver smoking in his/her delivery vehicle.

What is your delivery schedule?

Our drivers are in your neighborhood each week on regularly scheduled days each week offering two pick-ups/deliveries. Our schedule is Monday &Thursday or Tuesday & Friday based on your neighborhood. We'll inform you of your scheduled days shortly after you complete the online signup form.
